Hot Spinach Salad


 

  1. 1 bag fresh spinach
  2. 1/2 lb bacon
  3. 1 cup pine nuts
  4. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  5. Roasted Red Pepper & Parmesan Dressing



  1. Fry bacon & cut into bacon bits
  2. Brown pine nuts in a lightly oiled pan
  3. Let pan cool until only warm and then put in spinach to warm. Do not let it wilt
  4. Put first 4 ingredients in a bowl & mix
  5. Add dressing, stir & serve
