Fish Fry Fritters
Great recipe for pan fish.
- 3 to 4 cups cubed fish
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cups milk (maybe a little more for proper moistness)
- Mix all ingredients together till smooth
- Add fish
- Mix carefully to coat fillets with the batter.
- Gently place fish into hot oil by soup spoonfuls.
- Fry until golden brown about 7 to 10 minutes each side.
