Fish Fry Fritters


 

Great recipe for pan fish.

  1. 3 to 4 cups cubed fish
  2. 2 cups flour
  3. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 cups milk (maybe a little more for proper moistness)

  1. Mix all ingredients together till smooth
  2. Add fish
  3. Mix carefully to coat fillets with the batter.
  4. Gently place fish into hot oil by soup spoonfuls.
  5. Fry until golden brown about 7 to 10 minutes each side.

Serve with tartar sauce.
