Make Your Own Cement Flower Pots
Select a mold. Large size flower pots are good or anything else that you have. Be as creative as you like!
Cover with plastic smoothing it out as much as possible. Placing a flower pot inside a garbage is one method to do this.
Mix up the cement:
three part perlite
two portland cement
3 parts peatmoss
Mix it up
Add water, a little at a time, until the mix feels like wet cottage cheese, and it is moldable.
Add it into mold.
2 inch thick bottom
create sides.
cover with plastic bag
Let is cure for 24 hours
Remove from mold, remove plastic and examine for imperfections. Use a wire or stuff brush to fine tune any imperfections.
